Artichokes, Ham and Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients for four servings
For the stew: 2 cleaned thistle
leaves, 1 jar of canned artichokes hearts, 100 g of mountain ham in tacos and
blue cheese sauce.
For the cheese sauce: 100 g of blue
cheese and 1 glass of whole milk

artichokes, ham and blue cheese sauce. How to Clean Thistle for Cooking
The first task is to clean the
thistle and cook it to get the clams, similar to the chard, clean and white. We
begin by removing with a knife the sides of the leaves that may have some
thorns.
Then cook it for about 45 minutes
(depending on the size of the pieces) in water with a little salt and a
spoonful of dissolved flour, which will make the thistle not darken. Once
